Default Switching From 18" Front Wheel to 21"

Just bought a 2010 Street Glide and I'm gettin the bike worked up with some nice accessories, one of which is a new front wheel from Rampage.
I am pretty new to the forums and have found alot of invaluable info from all you fellow riders and had a question concerning this change.

I intend on lowering my front end with a Progressive "Drop In" kit, as well as increasing my front wheel size from 18" to 21".

Here are my specs:
21x3.5 Rampage Wheel
120/70R21 Metzler ME880
2" "Drop In" Progressive Front Spring Kit

My intention here is to increase the wheel size while still maintaining a level appearance with the bike. What I'd like to know from all you experienced gear heads out there is whether or not I am barking up the right tree here???

Any input would greatly be appreciated!! Thanks!!

I would do the 1" drop. 2" sounds like too much to me. The best I could measure is the 21" wheel raises the front up 1 1/4".
I am happy (and glad I did) with my 1" drop anyway.

I agree.. 2" is just too much in my opinion. I'm also going with the 1" drop up front to match up with the 21" wheel.

I did fail to mention I will be dropping the rear also. Just haven't decided which way to go on that issue yet but I can say it would be at least 3/4 of an inch lower in the rear.

So with that being said, do you guys still feel that 2" is too much?
My goal here is to maintain a level ride. I dont want it going up hill to the front wheel like alot of other looks out there.

If you are dropping the rear as well you may be just about right. The 1" drop up front is all you need without adjusting the back side.

Don't know if your bike has it or not but is it possible to retain the anti lock brakes with the 21'' wheel ?

Default ABS function

The wheel diameter will not effect whether or not the ABS still functions. I think the jury is still out though concerning if it works as good as it was originally designed with a change in wheel diameter. Wheel diameter will effect wheel speed at the the sensor.
