I've been using LHP (Liquid Horsepower) for a few tanks now and so far so good.
I've heard alot of good things about it so hopefully it lives up to the hype..

+1 I've used it for years, it works great. Their new formula is designed for etanol blended fuel, depending on the grade of fuel I'm using, can find, I use between 1/3 to 1/2 of recommended dosage. Alot of HD dealers carry it, & I know J&P carries it. The old formula came in a little squirt bottle, I have a couple of those left & just refill them from the 6oz bottle. The bottle says 1oz for 5gal for increase of 5-10 points octane.
Octane booster is a waste of money...just my opinion. Would not use it on my bike!
Again, just my opinion.
Evidently your bike is stock & you're always able to find decent gas, if your bikes pinging & you don't do something about it, you spend a lot more money replacing your pistons than the 10-15 cents per gallon it costs for octane boost. I agree that the sh*t you buy at Wallyworld is just about worthless, but a good quality booster can save your engine on hot days or when good premium fuel is unavailable.

I would then buy racing/higher octane fuel and mix it. If octane booster is working for you, then great. I'm just saying I would not use it on my bike or car.

Or you could tune your bike properly and not worry about the octane boost. Retarding the timing a little or adding a bit of fuel on the top end would probably do more to save your engine then adding octane boost. IMO if you need octane boost, you don't have a good tune.
