In the "0" % thottle column of both fuel tables try putting 15 from 1500 rpm on up ( the present value is 0.) That took care of my decel popping, and was suggested by Jamie @ FM.

Add fuel to your zero and 2% percent throttle column from 2000 rpms up. Start by adding ten or so to each cell, ride, repeat if needed untill it is gone. Make sure if you are in advance mode to do both cylinders.

Make sure there is not an exhaust leak at the header to muffler...

I had same issue. It was an exhaust leak where the header attached to the exhaust manifold. Tightened it up and no more popping.
