This is the set-up you need. The bracket with the studs comes in from the underside of the fender. The two plastic star washers then push down on the threads of the studs from the top side of the fender to hold it in place. The nuts then hold your backrest or solo seat in place. The notch in the bracket holds the wire for your tail lights/turn signals in place under the fender.
