Default 2004 FLHTCUI is missing

Hi can anyone help my elctra gilde is running bad missing and cutting out but does start again have had code p1356 and p1353 which are rear cylinder no combustion efi and the other code is front one have changed the air filter and plugs both are hd parts still running rough any ideas please

Check the plug wires themselves and check the wire connectors going to the injectors.

Thanks will do that let you know the result. any other ideas will try them all till i get it don't really want to take it to the shop

After going over all the electrical side of things I bit the bullet and went to the H-D shop they went over the electrical things even after I said it was all ok they found nothing wrong with that side and said the codes P1353 and P1356 where ghost codes after 5 hours investigation found the pipe inside the tank from fuel pump to the check valve at the bottom of the tank had been rubbing on the inside of the tank and had 3 small holes which was giving low fuel pressure to the injectors and the running problems missing back firing etc

That has also been a common problem. The convoluted tubing inside gets pin holes. Some have put an extra piece slit open on top of the new tubing once installed. The updated part is a different length to combat the problem. Glad you got it figured out.
