Default Sta-Bo II install help needed!!

Okay, here's the deal. I have an '04 EGC, the sta-bo 2's arrived today and the instructions are not exactly clear. Here is what I got for instructions..."Installs behind the (swing arm) mounting bracket, inside the rubber mount, line up the hole on the rubber mount with the roll pin on the rear fork bracket. Refer to illustration below. Apply grease or lubrication before installation." That's the extent of the instructions and the illustrations they refer to appear to be mostly hand drawn and are small.
So is there anyone out there that has installed these and can clear up the install process a bit for me?

I installed them recently. The directions made sense to me but that is because I've had that part off my bike before.

What do you need to know?

I called a buddy of mine and he said it will make a lot more sense once I get the swing arm brackets off. The instructions part where it says to, "line up the hole on the rubber mount with the roll pin on the rear fork bracket" will this also be clear once I'm in there? And lastly I'll take any tips you may have gained from your install. Thank in advance!!!

So do these just get lubed up and pressed in on the ends of the pivot shaft?

They are not a tight fit. They slip right in on the end of the shaft. It will all make sense when you pull the cap off. All they really do is limit the shaft from moving inside the stock rubber mount.

Okay, I've got them in, seems in my mind it needed to be more difficult. How does it limit the shaft movement, they don't even really contact it. Did you notice a difference in the ride and do you like them? I won't be able to take it out until tomorrow.

I installed them because I had my swingarm off to replace the drive belt. I already had a rear stabilizer so I probably won't feel the difference. I mostly just did it for peace of mind.

I've found that tire condition and pressure as well as shock pressure are important to the way my bike handles. I did feel an immediate improvement when I installed the stabilizer but that was 3 years ago.
