Default Tuner????
I hear people talking about tuners. Is this like a fuel processor?
Is there a need for one if I have not changed pipes or airbox??

No need for a tuner unless you change the air cleaner along with the pipes. Albeit, a tuner on a stock bike can be a good thing, it is not needed.
