Paint code for 2008 crimson red denim?
Looking for the paint code for my 2008 FLHX crimson red denim. I really would like to buy a pint of paint if possible. I got a nasty group of three stone chips and a small dent on the front fender courtesy of a jerk who hit the gravel shoulder in front of me. A buddy of mine owns a body shop and does nice paint work, if I could get some paint or at least the code I would be in business.

Crimson Red Denim PPG 922942 (that's the correct code, but I understand at one point PPG didn't have the formula for it).

If dawg is 100% - disgard this, however, after doing some paintwork on my 08 with CR sunglo, I broke down and bought the paint at the dealer to be 100% it would match. The CR is actually listed as Luxury Red (4:1) with the catalyst. The sunglo part is also (4:1) with the tru name listed. I'm guessing the clear has a flattening agent added to standard clear (I've done this on a SG with House of Kolor products for clear). Good luck!
