Default 2002 Road King

I have a 2002 road king and was out in high temp last week and got stuck in traffic. I noticed bike wanted to bogg out thru 2nd till i got it going and then rode fine. It must have trown a code and corrected itself because now the light just comes on for a few seconds then goes off. Any one know what could have cause it to bogg out like that when it got hot from sitting in traffic ?? It has been running fine and has only happened to me 2 times when hot and stuck in traffic

There are lots of things that could cause this, including temp. were you live. Two quick thoughts: dirty air filter or carbon build up. If you haven't already change over to a good detergent synthetic oil. Mobile, redline, amsoil.
