2" higher and 2" back
No changes required for wires or cables or lines. Everything already on the bike fits.
My wife has these same bars on her 09 Street Glide and I have them on my 10 Screamin Eagle Street Glide. No new cables or wires, just a bit of rerouting......no big thing.
By the way, they're not polished stainless as the catalog and the web site says............they're chrome!

Yea, the solo thing is kind of hard to pull off when you're riding two up mos of the time.
When we were riding two up, it was the Corbin Classic Solo with the Touring Pillion and the long armed passenger back rest. We would ride cross country with no monkey butt issues nor tail bone pain.
