Hi all,
I'm sure you guys have had this question before, but I am new to the Ultra Classic and this forum.
Does anyone know how I can talk on my cell phone while rideing my 2010 UC? If i could do that I could use my motorcycle for work. I have the headsets and I have an iPhone.
I have the Cardo system, got if for when I ride with the wife so she can still tell me what to do. I have taken a few calls on it and it works great, I had to rig it to work on my half helmet.
Iphone blue toothed to GPS Garmin Zumo 550.
Scala Cardo G4 blue toothed to GPS
Incoming calls are displayed on GPS with the option to answer or ignore, phone book and call history is displayed on GPS plus 1 key press for home etc,
Phone can go in the tour pac, no need to touch it.
i got the small size phone clamp from ram(2.5 in across) and occationally wear my bt. using the phone anyway, ive tried on the bike, sort of sucked, but with the holder i can text at a red lite and bt if at low speeds.
nice thing about ram holder is i can see who is calling/txting/sexting and if any of my
buddies in jail call me by the time the recording is over ive pulled over to answer.
i have a scale rider works great, 1/2 helmet you need ear pouches for speakers, and i use the extended boom, with glue pad mount, do a search there are several threads on this subject.
