take a look at this link:
http://www.powercommander.com/downlo.../eng15-003.pdf

The hook up of the Auto Tune is not as easy as the PCV. When I put my first 1 in I did everything wrong. The AT modules are different... there is a small 1 and a small 2 on each module...1 goes to cyl 1 and 2 goes to cyl 2.

The small wires that go in with a screw can be tricky..you should feel them snap in. Son't forget to plug in the diagnostic connection on the clutch side..

Removing the stock O2 sensors...warm up the bike, hit them with WD 40... and they should back out easier when warm...

Double check your wiring..

page 5 step 3.
3 Remove the rubber plug for the diagnostic connector. Plug the lead from the
Autotune kit into the stock diagnostic connector (Fig. J).

Installing the AT is very straight forward and here are a couple tips. When wiring in the color coded wires into the AT modules there is a membrane which can be easily pierced with a pick or paper clip which will make it easier to insert the wires. Also make sure that you plug the AT modules into the data plug under the left side cover as opposed to the plug under the seat which is for the acc plug.

The install is easy if you still have pcv instructions but I put that on 6 months ago there are almost no instruction with the autotune

It would be nice if Dynojet would include a tutorial with the installation software. I'm still flailing around with mine trying to sort out how the trims work, and how to get the whole thing dialed in. The last time I checked my trims, one cylinder had a bunch of 20's, and the other cylinder had a bunch of -20's. I'm not sure how that happened.

After messing around with it for the last couple of weeks, I've only managed to make my bike run worse. I just reinstalled the base map that Fuel Moto originally sent me, and I'll start over.
