Milage is around 39mpg combined driving. I have gotten 41-42 mpg crusing constant on the hwy bike definitely runs better and cooler how much I will know this summer. I know that tuning is the way to go just out of my reach now and would rather avoid grief from HD.

Having said that, if you can pick one up used, it's cheaper than a download, it will take care of your stage I fuel needs, and you can always sell it later when you move into stage II or beyond. Used, they can be had for around 100 bucks on the forum, maybe 150 or so on ebay. I probably wouldn't buy one new. I went to PCV+autotune this year. Still running on stock cams, my bike is running no better with the PC, and my fuel mileage has gone significantly down. I'm still learning how to use the autotune, and will be going to a different map once I get the cams in. Maybe then I'll get the mileage straightened out. Cams this week, then next weekend to play with the fuel mapping.
pauletich, don't worry too much about all the bashing of the fuelpak on the forum. Many of the guys who are so critical of it have never owned or used one. They're better than the 3 pot tuners, and way better than a stage I download. Not quite as good as a power commander, and not nearly as good as a SERT/TTS/SEPST with a dyno tune. However, for many stage I applications, they work very well. Put the stage I air cleaner on, and your bike will run leaner, and hotter unless you add fuel. The fp will add fuel to your bike, making it run much cooler.
