Custom Dynamics is currently working on a piece that will turn lights that "dawg" posted into a run/brake light. Not sure how close they are on the R&D but you might want to reach out to them.
This add on should have been standard in my opinion. They removed the large brake light in favor of the 2 directionals being doubled as brake lights, they could have at least made the tri bar part of the brake light for saftey reasons. I would sign up for a tri bar LED that is a combo running brake light especially if it flashed like Bad *** lights.
Is the harley light easily exchanged without wheel removal or putting it on a lift?
I don't know about easily - it could be a bit frustrating unless you pull the fender. Which is a PIA on it's own. That being said it can be done. You need to remove the saddlebag cross brace, screws for the new light and tail light (for connector access), and fish up the wiring between the tire and fender to the tail light housing.
Now that I think about it, the toughest part is getting the wire up to the housing. Still not a deal breaker though!
