I do not have the backrest, but that can be added. They make another which is wider and supposedly the super-deluxe model. I'm quite happy wiht mine and paid around $375 for it.
I've got a Mustang Touring seat on mine. The wife & I have logged a lot of miles & love it. I don't have the backrest, but they do offer those.
