Bagger Switch and Switch Back.
It seems I have read hundreds of threads in the Touring section that talk about someone switching to a bagger from a softail/sporty/dyna and never switching back. Not surprised reading this in the touring section but I've been wondering if there isn't another perspective of someone that switched to a bagger and switched back. I'll admit to my own bagger bias having ridden a bagger for the last 30 years. Nevertheless, I'd like to think I'm still not to old to develop an appreciation for a different perspective so I decided to post this question in all four sections.
Anybody switch to a bagger then switch back? Reasons?

Got a bud that traded his '06 Heritage for an '09 Ultra, then traded the Ultra for a '2010 Heritage. A month after having the Ultra he said he wished he could have kept his Heritage, too - for shorter rides and around town stuff but he needed the trade-in value to get into the Ultra.
I watched him ride the Ultra and he never seemed comfortable on it. The difference in seat height was the biggest issue (especially with a passenger - they tipped over twice in city traffic).
He loves his new Heritage and says it was like coming back home when he bought it. He knows which bike is right bike for him and he's got it.

Have both but have redid my bagger a little and redid my 06 Deluxe a bit too,but Both can be put back for long runs if needed....01 EGC and 06 Deluxe, best of both worlds.
