HD Seat Cover 52952-97, Anyone have one?

I'm looking to purchase or make a seat rain cover for my '09 Ultra Classic seat with back rests. I see that HD has one. Would like to know if anyone has one and what they thing of it. Waterproof? Easy on & off?

I wound up getting one with the purchase of my Road Zeppelin seat and it is 100% waterproof and it covers both not only the seats front and back but it also covers rider back rest if you have one and the Tour pack rest too. One draw back to it is that the material although waterproof is weak to tears, I only use it to not get my seat wet when I wash my bike. Other than that I had ripped mine by accidentally yanking at it after I finished washing my bike and I didnt want to get the seat wet and it was still secured to the riders back rest on the tourpack. I still use it though. Good luck.
