Thanks for emailing us with your feedback on the D&Ds. The D&Ds are by far some of the nicest and best sounding pipes on the market, not to mention the easiest way to gain a great amount of torque!
All of us at Dr. V-Twin run the D&D pipes on our own bikes. I guess you can say that D&D is the official pipe of Dr. V-Twin! LOL!
Can't wait to see the video!
Thanks for the compliments and thank you for your business and support. Nothing means more to us!
I just added my fatcat a couple of weeks ago, and like you I was thoroughly impressed by the sound and the extra power with the seat of the pants Dyno. Then I took it for a real Dyno and it ran about 50 times better. This thin pulls lik e afreight train considering I have a stock TC88 and a set of cams only. I can't believe I wasted so much time with all the other exhausts I ran and put up with their performance or lack there of.
Thanks so much for your business and we are glad you are a happy man. Our only goal is to get all you guys the best prices on the best products as quickly as possible. D&D is the official pipe of Dr. V-Twin and know you know why. Have a great Memorial Day weekend and enjoy.
Well today I put 150 miles on it. Holy chit does it pull like a freight train.
Hardly down shift at all, just roll throttle and man it just keeps pulling.
Ps what cams do you have in your bike??
What HP and TQ are you getting?
I wasnt even thinking about a dyno tune but if would make that much better then I may!!
I am running S/E 203's. My numbers were 82 hp and 87 tq with one dyno run. I can opnly iamgine what could be cone with another couple of hours on the Dyno. In all honesty I need no more power now. It is more than I'll ever need but nice to know I have. This is a stock 2002 TC88 with 50K miles on it.
Wow thats exactly the same cam Im running.
I also did a big bore kit and had the heads ported and polished with a .030 head gasket.
But I have never had it on the dyno.
LOL I tought it ran great before with the true duals and monster ovals!
Both the guys I rode with today say how much they love the sound.
Well today i rode a few of my buddies bikes and it was a nice reminder to me that my bike hauls serious *** compared to the two i rode. I'll bet with your 95" you have close to ten more HP and torque than I do.
Another one of my buddies is going to do a 95" build with cams in a quite soon and we'll see how that feels when it is done. If that goes well I might as well do mine too, although I always said it was already fast enough.
