Default 07 model inner primary problems?

Just passed 30k miles on my 07 RK custom, so far so good, but was wondering what one could look for to see if a failure was coming. No noise yet but if the inner primary bearing is coming apart I'd like to know it before setting off on road trip. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

when I had problems with my 06 Street Bob it happened in the first 8k miles. I think they straightened out the problem before the 07's came out. Never any noise from my 08 WG

Check the teeth on the Starter Ring, back of the Clutch pack. I had three broken teeth in three different locations. I got lucky in that the pieces went to the drain plug. The Mechanic says sometimes the pieces end up in the chain or in the clutch pack. Please note you have to buy the complete clutch pack....$500 +. You can no longer buy just the ring gear. My Bike was the fourth '07 he had fixed with this issue.

Did you have the hot start kickback problems that so many of us have?
