I bought a '91 Electra Glide. The previous owner put new wheels on it and removed the right side rotor and caliper. As would be expected it is lacking braking power. I've looked at Hawg Halters, but not sure whether to go with four piston or six piston calipers. What do you all think? Any other advice and options would be appreciated. Thanks.
Thanks grbrown. I see what the guys were talking about over at the EVO forums. This place is crazy. I'll look those brakes up.
They're made here in the UK and are expensive for us! PM is an alternative brand closer to you, who do 4 and 6 piston callipers rotors etc and may be more affordable.
I now have a 2007 swingarm and rear brake on my old bike, with 4 pistons, so have a total of 16 of the things to call on!
Sig pic is her resting in France, on the way back home after a gruelling trip to Poland in the cold and wet, hence the dirt!
