Road Trip ???

Next month I'm taking a road trip from Michigan to Branson then on to Hot Springs. Any suggestions on where to stop and sightsee on the way or any good road cruises I should take. I'm planning on being gone for a total of seven days.

I'm guessing you'll be cutting across Il. somewhere? You could catch a little of Rt66. I know the good parts are those out in the southwest, but to say you've been on the Route counts for something.

You could follow most of remnants of route 66 most of the way though IL and MO. A neat place to stop is Bennett Springs in Lebanon Mo, Its a trout hatchery kinda cool to see how they move the fish though to be released in the river. From there look at a map and take back roads to Branson, I think it is a little more than a 100 miles away. Most the roads are great to ride. Southwestern MO and Arkansas's roads can rival most other states, unique in their own way. Enjoy the trip.
