Default King Tour Pak

Anybody have any idea why a tourpak stated to fit a 2008 wouldn't fit a 2009 touring bike? I understand the mounting hardware would be different. But other than that, wouldn't they be basically the same thing. Really nice one on e-nay right now, complete with luggage rack, speakers and backrest. (in vivid-black) Looks to be in really nice shape.

that's what i figured. the thing appears to be for sale without any mounting hardware. I would assume I would just have to fill the previous holes (if any).

If I'm not mistaken, the bottom attatchment points are different as well. A result of the frame change. Maybe someone with better knowledge than me will respond and verify

wow, thanks dawg. Exactly what I needed to see. If the price stays reasonable, might have to pull the trigger.
