Chrome Flames Collection
Do any one know if the MoCo is going to release the Console Door in the Chrome Flames Collection? Do the gold flames on the regular flames collection wear off? Could the gold be buffed off using simichrome polish, etc. to end up with a chrome console door? Does anyone run a mix and match of chrome and chrome and gold?

I have been waiting for them to come out with the fuel door console too. I have the flame collection on my 05 ultra but still waiting for that piece. I thought it might show up in the 07 catalog..but nothing yet.

So the gold will rub off! Wonder what would take it off the easiest without damanging the chrome underneath? People really need to make sure everything they want is available before they pick a theme for their bike. I didn't check on this first and the parts guy at the stealer told me he was out of it and they don't even make one!
