The only thing I can say is from day one the bike has been at fast highways speeds so the brakes kinda got burned in quick....(which isnt good I know) but it dont make a peep of any squeel...????? Go figure...
Educate me fellas....I have stock HD pads dual cal's in front single in rear Brembo cals...I never had a problem with stopping. Not to be a smart *** but if I wanted to stop faster I guess I would just squeeze harder or step harder on the rear....
Dust....? Not really to speak of......So what's the issue with the HD pads?
Is it price? Fill me in...I'll be needing brakes sooner than later and I appreciate what you guys know on the topic. Thanks
I'm on My second set of HD brake pads. No issues . Completly satisfied!

The stock pads dust horribly. The Lyndalls don't, and they feel better.
My buddy just got braded brake lines as a replacement to stock....he claims the brakes fel better cause the braded hose dont give so with the same pressure he used to apply...the brakes grab more responsivly.....'
THis sound right? He swears it's so....

I was just thinking the same thing. I dont know about the older models by my 09 Street Glide stops Really Well. I know things can always be better but I've never felt like I needed to improve breaking on it.

Yes it does. That is the main reason people switch to Stainless Braded Lines. How much you feel it depends on the entire set up but 99% chance it is working better.

I never really saw dust problems on my stock wheels but when I installed chrome wheels that's when that nasty stuff really showed itself.
