Default $9K for a 2002 FLHRCI?

I got a line on a 2002 FLHRCI for $9K, I can probably get him down to $8500 or so.

The good:
- Vivid black
- pretty much stock w/passenger back rest and a little extra chrome
- clean
- Fuel injected 88" (I consider that good anyway)
- I've always wanted a RK Classic to work on as a daily rider/project/keep forever bike

The bad:
- 59000 miles

Should I make a move or sit on my hands?

Fuel injected Evo? 2002? You must mean Twincam 88

if in fact it is an evo, wich would mean engine was replaced as well as trans somewhere along the way, make sure everything was done right as far as lining everyting up straght. as far as miles on the evo, thats got lots of life in her. i ran 150000 kms on one of mine. finally got bored and tore everything apart and looked new inside. my biggest concern if its an evo would be the install. backyard guy or profesionally done. ask some questions.

Why would that be bad? That's a little over 7300 miles a year? If it was well maintained I wouldn't worry about it. I heard 2002 was one of the best years for the twinkie.

That's what I was thinking. Bike looks like it was kept pretty much stock and ridden regularly. Similar bikes are asking $11K - $12K on craigslist w/less miles. But, I'm thinking if this was taken care of, then this might be a deal.

I have a 2002 Ultra, and It has been bullet proof! I don't see how I could be any happier with a new one, but maybe someday I'll get to find out!

I've got almost that many miles on my '01. Ran like a watch until yesterday, when I tore it apart for a big bore and heads. I wouldn't be scared of the mileage as long as it runs good. I'd definitelty check the cam tensioners though if you buy it.
