Default Handling differences between SG and EGC

The wife and I are attending a wedding in Vegas in about a month. We are going to fly in and fly out over a few days. I'd like to rent an electra or an ultra while we are there just to see the area.

I've never ridden a EG before and I'm curious how much different it will handle compared to my SG. Would I even notice the 50-75lb difference? In any case it's gonna be fun.

Negligible difference. You'll have 3" instead of 2" rear suspension travel

Negligible. The weight difference is about the same as luggage or an empty tank verse full tank.

If you are on your tippy-toes on the SG when stopped, the Ultra is an inch taller. Take a run by your local dealer and just sit on one with your feet down and be sure you can be comfortable when stopped.
