Hey guys, by this time in two months, I will have a little money left over from buying a house and the move. My two options are buy a Rolex watch I have always wanted, or buy a crate custom motor for my 08 EGUC. If I went with the motor was I was thinking about spending nearly 8 grand to get a S&S Evo either a 116 or 123cc. any ideas.
I'm going back and forth on the watch or motor. The motor will over time wear out and need repair. The watch becomes a family heirloom… not sure
The Rolex you will be able to sell for close to what you paid for it in 5 years, can't say that about the motor. If it's an either or due to $$$, go with the watch - you can always sell it later to do the motor work, but can't sell the motor to buy the watch.
