My 1960 white gold president is still ticking.
Anyone want to trade a new ultra for it?

Personally, I don't see the point in either purchase, but that is just me. Between the two, I would have to say the watch though.

A 124 motor can get you in to a lot of trouble. My 124 got me arrested for speeding.

The only way a watch could get you arrested is if you steal it.

I have a Gerald Genta that cost about as much as my 124 kit (kit only), the watch doesnt wake up the neighbourhood when you start it up. I would go the motor every time.

Get the watch, hold on to it for a few years, then sell it and get 2 motors for your bike. I would get the motor though. A Rolex is no fun and may be as worthless as a new house purchase is today.

a 124 in a EGUC would be a good pick up, but its nice a race bike. i know what the bike can do and how it handles. it is fun to get on it every now and then, but it is still a touring bike.

i really would just like a little pull when im passing or getting away from big rigs on the freeway.

im totally moving towards the watch after reading your replies.

TKS everyone

Only thing a watch is good for is reminding you when you have to be at work.
Keep the bike stock, get $8k worth of one dollar bills, and hit every titty bar you can find.

But hey, what do I know? I've been divorced three times and fired twice in the last two months.

Use the $ to pay down the principal on your house. Once you don't have a mortgage payment think of all the watches and motors you could buy!
