The folks that directed you to Fuelmoto are right. For under $700 you will receive a pre-calibrated fuel management module, a quality K&N stage 1 air filter and I can attest to the quality and sound of the jackpot tunes slip ons.
Lose the O2 sensors, no matter what you may think they are preset to EPA standards. Fuelmoto will provide plugs and calibrate for no O2s.
I use Mobile 1 for the engine and it seems to have good cooling.

I don't know how many miles you have on yours yet but it should cool down some as you add miles. With mine it got considerably cooler after I got 2500 miles on it while on the first long ride to NE. It's been 99 with humidity at 97% for the last 2 days and the heat on mine was not any more than with my 05 Heritage. I have not modified it yet in any way.

on my non cat 07 heat was a major issue power comander from feulmoto was the single biggest improvment(and i tried many)rj originals heat sheilds helped alot also, in your case replacment of headpipe to a non catalyst type will also help alot.air intake alone makes my 07 run even hotter, slip ons alone makes it hotter.
