Fresh oil at winter storage and runninig it for a while,before putting it away will absorb any moisture in motor and prevent any rust build up on bearings.The motor and tranny are vented/opened to the atmosphere.

Every 2500 miles, using VIP Maintenance from dealer. Paid for up front and return on investment recouped by 12,500 service. About to roll over 30,000 miles in 15-1/2 mos since taking delivery. Service always performed by 1 mechanic. VIP Maintenance contract is good for as long as I own the bike.
