Take one off and get a part #. Might even get it with just removing one of the bags.

Those are fishtail endcaps (sorry...couldn't help myself)

They look to me like SuperTrapp SE Slip-Ons with Fishtail end caps.

As well as SE versions Harley made fishtails like those. I had them on my Evo for many years until recently.

Look like my buddy's Kerkers actually, but as others have mentioned, there are different fishtails out there. His say "Kerker" on the bottom, so those were easy to ID.
