I am sure these come in black and you can get chrome tips for them. If anyone needs pricing pm or email me. We have a new shipment coming in on Tuesday.
Let me put it this way......In our HOG group we have an individual that has MOvals on his SE Ultra and sits there and raps on the throttle 8-10 times before actually moving anywhere (wants everyone to notice that he has Monster Ovals). I and others are at the point of wanting to put our foot (knee-high) up his *** cause its so friggen annoying. The 4" do not sound anywhere near as obnoxious - at all.
Just want to make sure I understand correct from this part of your post and 100% agree BTW putting a foot up the constant throttle blipper trying for attention.
Is the HOG member obnoxious because of his bad habit or is the MO louder then the 4" Rinehart?
I'm a little confused on what the 4" sound like. I always thought the MO's were pretty quiet, the only time I've heard MO's with a good loud, deep rumble was on a 110 build. On the stock 96,to my ears, they sound very mellow. So, if the 4" rinehart sounds like or a little louder than MO's, to me that is pretty quiet. Guess I just need to wait and hear some 4" in person.

If you crack on them they will growl a low tone but loud growl. Otherwise at cruising they just have a nice deep steady roar. I wish I knew how to take a sound clip.....cause I would and post it on here. I am VERY satisfied. BTW I have nothing against Vance & Hines products as I have the staggered bigshots on my Dyna.
I think that every chapter has a guy (or girl...) like that and you never want to ride behind them.
CFRs are also 4". They have not only a very deep sound, probably the deepest on the market (I've heard dozens of pipes before buying them), they also have a very distinctive look. $600 for a new set of mufflers. Seems to be the norm for top of the line slip-ons.
Frenchbiker Anyway you can post a SoundClip for me? I've had ReinHarts w/stock Head Pipe from day one on my Glide. But VERY BADLY want to get a set of CFR's! Any way you can do this for me?

Because of his bad habit. Unless my hearing has gone for a ****......I would say that the new Rinehart 4" easily keep up to the M. Ovals in terms of volume. Hope that clarifys things. Ride safe.

I'm sorry I should have been more specific. In an earlier rant I stated that the obnoxious member in our group had an SE Ultra - I should have expanded and said a CVO Ultra with a 110. Make no mistake, the new 4" will not disappoint you. I have a 103 big bore in my bike and it sounds awesome. BTW - I should state that I do not nor have I ever worked for Rinehart. Uncle Gerald I mean... just kidding. Ride safe.

I can't attach a Shockwave file here. PM me your email address and I'll send it to you. It's a SE Ultra with CFRs so they sound a little bit different than mine, probably because of the cams. Not a big difference though.
I had Rineharts too and don't miss them one bit.
I posted some pics of the Rinehart 4" slip-ons in My Album if you want to get some idea of how they look. Sorry that I'm not that computer savy as to post a sound-clip.
Lobo
It looks like the new 4" slipons have lost the taper or bevel on the end caps, too bad, I thought that was a real nice look. Oh well, I've ordered the new ones and will sacrifice the bevel for a louder sound, but I really did like the look of the old slipon.

Thanks Frenchbiker! PM is on the way. I NEED SOME OF THOSE CFR'S ON HERE!
