Actually the part number you listed is for the rear V-rail trim. The front V-rail trim is 91099-94.
There is plenty of room to remove the hardware and reinstall it without taking off the tire.
Yup ...... just didn't want you to order the wrong one ............ although having them both on there looks good, and ordering the wrong one first is a real good excuse to get both.
I'm sure you can do the install with no worries ..... "busted knuckles" now that's a different story........
They're not difficult to do, but getting the old bolts off of the front are a pain in the butt because they use a small metal plate with the corners bend up instead of using real lock washers. Getting those corners bent down is a pain.
