04 RK Classic alarm help

Default 04 RK Classic alarm help
today my neighbor bought a 04 RK classic. It has factory alarm system and was told buy the seller that all you have to do is push button on fob once to activate and once more to de-activate. After a short ride tonight on his new bike he tried the alarm. One push of button and alarm was set. Now here is the problem. He can not disarm the alarm. Bike will not start. We tried once on and twice off but that did not work. I have a 09 Fat Bob and have the proximity fob. Not familar with the push button type. Previous owner forgot to bring owners manual with him so we are stumped. any help out there would be great.

we tried 2 clicks but did not work. click once and lights flashed then clicked 2nd time, light flashed but no start. were we doing it too slow?

One click on. Lichts flash twice. Go enjoy dinner.

Two quick clicks (rapid fire) for off. Lights flash. Go enjoy ride home.
