Default Custom Baffles??

I am looking for somewhere i can by some baffles. I bought a pipe that does not have a baffle in it and it has to have one. I got on a im going to do something different kick and picked up a pretty blunt to the point exhaust that is 2 into 1. Well it is way to loud and i need a baffle for it. The outside diameter is 3" so just a little shy of that on the inside. I will make my own out of another baffle and fab something up if i have to but just checking my options.

If your curious I have a 2010 road glide and i put a martin bros slicktas 2 on it. Already welded in 02 bungs, and made a tranny bracket. I know this pipe is for a soft tail, and it has no baffle to begin with but, i like different just need a few other things and it will be done. It looks sick so i am determined to make it work!!

Thanks for your help.

Check J&P Cycles. They have several sizes and not costly.

well having a few days off from work for the holiday, and not being able to ride due to the weather here in sunny florida lol, i got bored and made a trip down to discount auto parts. 11 dollars later i had some exhaust coupling adapters, and some pipe. welded up a 2 3/4 to 1 3/4 adapter to 1 3/4 pipe and drilled holes down in like a traditional baffle, tried to louver it the best i could and welded a 1" wide piece of steel to the inlet of the baffle to force exhaust around and through the holes. Works great sounds great and took it from being 2 into 1 straight pipe loud to being to the ear, a little quieter then my dads fat cat. I dunnot how it does it but, it is fairly quiet at idle, and cruising up to 2500-2800, but when i romp on it sounds like all hell breaks loose.

Just thought i would let guys know if you have a welder you can make a set of baffles for less then 25 bucks.

I've been doing that for yrs.. I save all my baffles out of my pipes just so I can use them later... you just have to try em out.. I built my baffles in my true duals bub 7s & get alot of folks wanting to know what I did , thay say it sounds way better than the std bub 7s...

Made a set for a Sportster from exhaust pipe adaptors and pipe . Used freeze plug for center piece. Drilled more holes in the pipe till I got the sound I liked.
