Default crossover gaskets

i just started putting the new headers on and come to find out there is no crossover gaskets so it leaks badly is this something that my local HD dealer would have
another thing about instructions from aftermarket dealers they make no mention of putting the gasket in during assembly dont you think that would be a key point to mention

There are no crossover gaskets for touring so HD wouldn't have them and that's probably why aftermarket companies don't mention them either.
