The back end is done. All wired up and functioning properly. In the morning I start working on the tank and running wires for the Dakota Digital wires.

I have the bike near completion. I am having a horrible time with an brake issue that popped up. When I use the front brake, the bike is very hard to steer. If I am leaning coming to a stop, the bike wants to sit up straight. I would have a pic of the bike, but I had to put my wire wheels back on. It is amazing how for so long I had wires on and now it looks so bad with them. Anybody have any ideas what my problem might be?

That is a crazy problem with the brakes. I've never heard of such a thing. Any clue on the cause?

Default New update

Well the brake issue cured itself. I can't explain it. As for the rest of the bike, I am nearly ready for my road trip to sturgis. I just got the call from my indy dealer that the rest of my electrical connections came in. So tomorrow I will be wiring up the tach. I have all the part numbers that I had to buy from Harley if anybody needs them. I don't know what I am doing for tunes, if I do anything at all. I know this is not a radical build, but I am enjoying it. All comments are welcome.

I need to hear from some body who has wired gauges to a RK. I can't get the oil pressure guage to work. I checked with the local dealer and the pressure switch is the same for an Ultra or the RK. Please help.
