Have an 09 Ultra Classic. Anyone have problems connecting the helmet intercom cord to the passenger connection port ?

I've replaced the spring loaded cover to the 7-pin rear connector under warranty already because the spring broke, and while cleaing the bike earlier, see that the cover spring is broken again.

Anybody else have the spring loaded cover break and have to get it replaced ?

 

My wife bought a 2007 Ultra with the passenger headset connector. She still has it. The passenger headset connector cover spring has never broken.

 

Had to replace mine at 900 miles. Used it 3 times.
