Question Air deflectors

Adding the mid-frame air deflectors to my `07 EGC. Finally got the right one
on after much sweat & foul language. When I got to the left side & read the
part about reaching down into the frame to put the clip on I had to laugh. My
3X hands aren't going into that little hole. Anybody done these or have any
suggestions how to do this?

I had the same problem. I used a set of long 45 degree Needle-nose pliers.

Thanks. I thought of them. They're one of the few tools I don't have.
Guess I'll be buying some this morning.

If you wan to go cheap w/the tools - see if you have a Harbor Freight in your area (http://www.harborfreight.com/store-finder), or Menards "Tool Shop" brand's not too spendy either.

Also, if you don't care for HD's version of the heat deflectors - here's a good after-market product w/high recommendations: http://www.rjsoriginals.com/

I hate it when that happens to me. My problem is I have the 3x hands with these short fingers(well more like paws). I usually call the wife cause she has these little tiny hands and she is real good about helping.

I got small hands and got it on with ease. You need to find a buddy with smaler hands and put him to work!!!
