Rear Elite 3 Problems ??

So new Elite 3 installed 800 miles ago. Bought from Jake Wilson and installed by local HD. On a 1000 mile ride over the 4th weekend and half way there and I,m at a station filling up my tank. Guy behind me at the pumps says man your back tire is trashed on the right side I says NO its a new tire. So I take look at it and it does really look wore down more on the right side.So I get back to the hotel and show my 6 riding buds. Yep a improper install or a bad molded tire or bad wheel bearings ?? Does it wobble no but all 6 agreed it was BAD. Well headed home thinking it would make it ok and are last gas stop it looked fine to everyone. Whats up with this?? Yes we were sober to a man. 2000 FLHT 32 k also who would warranty this tire JW or HD or me ? just a thought.

I'm a little confused....at the last gas stop it looked "FINE"? Your best bet would be to contact Jake Wilson since you bought tire from them..even if they will get you a replacement the reinstall will be on your dime.Why would you contact HD...unless you can prove it was installed wrong?
Sucks man no dought,I had my last set put on rims at a local indy then put wheels on my bike myself...If there is a install problem,no one to blame but "ME"
