I don't personally know about the Maverick , but my local independent repair guys swears by his and it does look sharp.
He has it on a 2008 Road Glide.
A slot for a backrest would make it more desirable to me though.
Seems like those who have them , like them.

i was about to buy one for my 08 streetglide, because i thought they were very comfortable to sit on. i've never ridden a bike with one of the maverics on it, but they do look like they're extremely good quality, to me anyway. i found an 09 roadglide seat in the forum classifieds section instead so i bought it, and have been using it ever since. anything is more comfortable than the stock streetglide seat, in my opinion. the criteria for a good seat i feel, is comfort, the way it looks when you're off the bike, and price, along with the quality of course. i'm certain that if i'd not found the rg seat i'd have ordered the la pera maverick because they seem to fit what i was after.
