Check engine light and diagnostic codes

My check engine light is on steady on my Ultra Ltd.. I ran the diagnostics and got codes in "P" of 1510 and 2138.
Anyone know what this means and if I can ride the bike to the dealer or must I have it flatbedded?

What does it all mean?
Haven't tried to start the bike. Will it start? Can the bike be ridden to the dealer?
