Default Changes for 2011 Road King Classic

Sorry if this is has been covered earlier, but I couldn't find any reference when I searched.

Went to some dealers over the weekend, and asked some questions about the Road King. One dealer volunteered that there are some significant changes for the 2011 Road King Classic coming. He didn't elaborate, only said that the dealers can't order that particular model yet for their 2011 inventory. According to him, that happens when new models are being introduced.

I don't know enough about HD to know if this is another rumor, or there is something coming. We'll see soon enough.

I would be tempted to buy one and add hard bags!

I'm still trying to figure out why the 103" is standard on the RKC, but the power pack isn't even available as an option on the RK Standard.

ABS Standard along with some of the most 'f'd up color combos ever.

the two tone custom colors are sad other than the root beer/light,dark combo. the purple looks a little feminine imho. Some avoid green because of bad luck but I would never want purple on bike.

I saw the purple in a color code book a few days before the 11's came out and it is alot darker than the pic shows online.and it has small metalflakes in it as well. When I first saw it I was hoping it would come on the RG Ultra.

Why would you by a RK Classic and put hard bags on it,when you can buy a RK Standard with had bags already on it? and it's less money for the RK Standard.
