I don't know. One negative only? Seller says they refunded the money too? Many more happy reviews. Every seller has to start somewhere.... Just saying.

Aren't the HD tour-packs plastic?

I believe that fiberglass is heavier than plastic. You might want to ask about weight. Ideally, you want a light and strong tour-pack.

Just an observation; with only 106 possible feedbacks, it takes very little to affect the percentage. So don't let the 98% bother you too much. If he had only 4 sales and one was not happy it would only be 75%. Seems like most people have been happy with the service and the products though.
