I ordered their lowering kit and found it wouldn't clear with the Works shocks I was running. Didn't ride the bike with them on. Emailed Road6 and they graciously agreed to take the kit back with a full refund promised. After numerous follow-ups and verification that they had received the kit completely intact they promised to post a refund the next business day. That was a week ago and despite 3 more follow-ups (with no answer from them) I have not received the refund. As of this point I would not recommend doing business with them. Hopefully they will do something in the near future to make me feel otherwise. I will keep the forum posted to outcome, whatever it is.

 

ive delt with them 3 times and no problems what so ever. good luck.

 

I fooled with them for over a month and a half over a set of handlebars. Would not answer the phone, kept promising to call me day after day and never did. He finally sent me the bars, and promised to "make it right" with me..... never heard from him again and he never tried to make anything right.
Don't sit and expect them to send you a refund,.. you have to keep on them day after day. I had to threaten to drive up to Nebraska before I saw any results.

 

Appreciate the feedback. This afternoon I received notice from them that my account was credited. I have just verified that this is indeed the case.

This is disapointing. They treated me right in the past....bars for the Nightster, shield for the FLHX.
