Man, I thought I was THE ONLY ONE on the planet who had 2.5" Rush baffles / slipons on their scoot till I read this thread!!!
Nice to see there are many others too. I think they sound GREAT - haven't heard anything better yet for my taste.
I did have a discoloring problem (turned gold on the right side) but Rush sent me a whole new set for FREE!!!
In the meantime, I found a better solution than replacing them, just put on the HD heat deflecting covers - looks like new
1 year old:
Heat deflector covers for SE slip-ons 65829-00 (works on Rush 15301's too):
Current look (gold pipe is underneath):

Nice video. The V&H ovals have a nice sound under load. It was hard to tell, but they did'nt seem to have a very deep rumble.
