Aftermarket audio system problems
I have a 2009 Electra Glide Classic. My sound system has a stock Harman Kardon radio, aftermarket speakers, tweeter bar and amp. I had a problem with one of the speakers blowing out so the manufacturer replaced both of them. I had my dealer wire the tweeter bar to the radio and not the amp as I was getting blasted by the tweeter bar. The volume is not nearlly as high as before. When I turn my AVC off so there are no bars, I can hardly hear the radio, regardless if I am stationary or riding along. I have to turn the AVC on up to 4 bars just to hear the music. Could the cause of this be the radio? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Was the volume ok prior to blowing the speaker?
Remove the amp from the system and see what happens.
