Free shipping doesn't apply if you want to exchange an item. They charged me freight on item returned which I paid freight and then wanted to charge freight again on the exchanged item ( 3 freight charges). No thanks.

 

Makes perfect sense to me, unless they messed the order up. Why any business eat the shipping if you changed your mind on a part?
