They charged me freight on item returned which I paid freight and then wanted to charge freight again on the exchanged item ( 3 freight charges). No thanks.

If you made a purchase at your local Walmart, Target, Sears, etc and you needed to return it because it was the wrong size, color, damaged, packaged wrong, etc, would you expect the retailer to pay you mileage for having to drive back down the the store so you could process the return?
I don't get it.
+1 for Eastern Perf, great people to do business with.
I've made several purchases from them over the years, and all transactions have been wondeful. They are on my favorite sellers list on ebay and check their products often. Will by from them again.
I have bought two sets of Rineharts and two Arlen Ness Bigsuckers for my 05 and 2010. They were not only the best price anywhere but they were sitting at my door within 48 hrs. both times. I am in NC
Their web site says they "will match any price" I called them and told them dennis kirk had rinehart eagle beak pipes for a certain price. Their reply was "what do you think, we're gonna lose money" I told them to ram it and bought from dennis kirk. Guess that price match bullshit doesnt mean a thing.

I couldn't agree more. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and assume the wrong product was shipped to him. By "wrong" I mean not the one he ordered. If that's the case, he shouldn't pay for additional shipping.
If by "wrong" item, he meant the exact item he ordered, it just turned out to be not what he really wanted, I can't imagine anyone expecting them to pay for shipping to correct his mistake.
I have and will continue to buy from EPC any time they have something I want at a great price.
