Default Harley Back Rest

Is the regular back rest good enough, or should I spend the extra dough and get the adjustable one?

I've had both, and since I never adjust the adjustable one that I have now, the regular one would be just dandy for me.

Have the 'standard' version. Seems to do the job for me. I have it set at the rear most position. It's easily adjustable up and down, but I rarely move it.

Default backrest

Same as Will2002 had both, i think the regular is better looking and fits the contour of your back better.

I have the adjustable and never adjust it. I think I will look harder at a Mustang backrest next time.

I have the adjustable one and I no longer adjust it. That being said I adjusted it a lot for the first couple of months until I found just the right setting.

I'm with Will on this. I bought the adjustable, but once I had it set, I have not touched in in over a year.

I have the standard one and since I put it in the rear most position it has been great, never had the feeling that I wish I could adjust it.
